Hi
On Sunday I was down the track with about 30 other riders and 1 motorbike. We did a lot of train station stuff at high speed with the warm up I was on the track for 1h45min and did 42miles with a top speed of 37miles, and then I went out for a nice meal with my wife for our wedding anniversary.
Monday I was out on the road for a good 3h ride. It was a nice 1h warm up then I did 20min at TT pace 10min recovery then another 20min at TT pace 10 min Recovery then an hour ride home which was the ...

Hi
It has been a hard time over the last few days as I have been doing some good 100mile rides which were really hard due to the wind and then the weather changes to very cold. I went out on the road for one day and almost crashed 5 times in 45min on black ice. I got to one part of the road and there was a couple of cars crashed and traffic everywhere. Well that was a bad day on the road it was very wet, gail force winds, fog and flooded roads, and because of the weather there were cars everywhere. I was say I hated every miniute of the ride today and was just glad to get home. I just hope it starts to clear up a bit for the weekend. What I need is some warm weather training anyone want to take me away.

See I am trying to blog
Today was a hard ride I was going up the mountains but due to gale force winds I stayed on the flat and had a good fast 3h30min. I pushed it hard for the middle hour and played with the rest of the time by doing some power work and some attacks on the rolling roads to see how long i could stay on top of the gear
I hope it will be the mountains tomorrow we shall see

Hi all
I have not done a Blog in a long time I just cannot get my head around it. I am having enough trouble trying to self coach and get out on the road. I am doing some good miles at moment about 350+ a week and 20 to 25+ hours a week but its been hard with all this snow and bad weather.
