I am doing Children In Need on November 19th, you can see the site for the event here http://www.demon-cycles.co.uk/tmr/tmpudsey24hrs/2010index.htm I will be there with Coffee from www.biggmaggys.com and juice from www.juicedoctordrinks.com I will have my first ride on my welsh dragon painted bike which is being done by Performance Race Art.
The next thing to do is start training for it not been on the track for a while
