hi all

This week is a recovery week so doing nice easy efforts to try and get my legs sorted ready to start my high milage weeks of 300+ miles. For a change today and to get ready for Children in Need i am going down the track this Wednesday.
Hopefully from next week I will be down there once a week, I will normally ride to the track on a Tuesday so that will get me a good 80 miles in and I then intend to do 2 big rides a week the club ride on Sunday and hopefully a ling ride of about 100miles on a Wednesday.
I have been down to see Chris from PRA this week and the bike looks great cannot wait to get it back/ I left him my TT bike as well so that one is next and after that he is doing my road bike and hopefully after that he will do my new cross bike I am having from Phian.
