As I am on a recovery week this is a strange ride as I am only doing one mountain and a few short sharp climbs. Start is the same as normal I will leave the house before 8 to meet the 9am club ride.

Sundays ride is sorted and i think i will be joined with some riders from Ogmore Wheelers as well. I will be leaving my house by 8am to meet the club at 9am if anyone wants to join us

Today I went down to Ammanford to see Chris from Performance Race Art. I have never seen so much rain most of the rivers were full to burst. It was a very wet 4 hours.
